So many options for onions, the submissions are going to be interesting. Working on mine today and it’s so hard to narrow down exactly what I want since it can go in so many onion directions.

Did mine last night, well most of it. Its a pretty simple thing but something wasn't as ready as I thought (gave it no thought lol) so I'll wrap it up tonight. It taste better than I expected...everyone else is still approaching with caution or just telling me
