Reheating Pulled Pork

I recently purchased a boston butt from a fundraiser. I'm just cooking for one, so no way I could eat all of it. I froze portions, and am wanting to reheat some this week for tacos.
I'm planning to do it in the crockpot. Probably a dumb question, but I'm still a rookie cook, should I reheat on warm or low? I don't want it to be too hot and cook the pork more, but since it's frozen, I want to make sure it reheats safely. If that makes sense.
Thanks for any help

Don't have the equipment to do that.

Crockpot could work. Make sure you add a ton of liquid to it so it doesn't dry out, which is really the only concern at this point. Probably half as much liquid as meat. put it in for an hour, check it, then check every half hour.
If it's coming from the freezer will take way longer; if thawed from the fridge obviously much shorter

i'd keep it on the warm setting until it got to 165* using a thermometer

Heck, with pulled pork I think you can be pretty flexible with how you'd reheat it. I'll just microwave it with a wet paper towel over the top and it tastes great.

If you don't have sous vide...put it in a zip lock bag and place in a pot of boiling water. It won't take long to reheat it and it will be moist. I made kalua pork and cabbage a month ago and reheated it this way last Sunday.

Thanks all!
I will most likely set it in the fridge to thaw then toss it in the crockpot with some sauce when I get home from work that day.

You don't need a sous vide machine.
Gallon zip lock. Double bag.
Put in pot of water on the stove.
Turn fire on.
When you see steam turn fire on lowest setting possible.
Really is best way to reheat pulled pork/brisket, etc
ETA: Didn't see your post skipreid . I agree with you.

ding ding ding
don't overthink this. its just pork butt. get it hot in the microwave and it will be 100% as delicious as it was the day you smoked it.
i just carve a chunk out of it and heat that up or if you've already pulled it, just put some in a bowl with a napkin on top and it will get hot in like 30 seconds to a minute.
this is how i make pork sandwiches for the next week after a smoke. easy easy.

If I've got leftover pulled pork I'm using for tacos, I just heat it up in a non-stick skillet with some bacon fat from the jar I keep on the counter (or just use a bit of peanut/vegetable oil I suppose). If you cook on one side long enough you even get a little crust and have poor man's carnitas. They don't cook long enough to dry out in my opinion. If I were reheating pounds worth I might use the crock pot or sous-vide option, but if it's a relatively small amount I'd go skillet.

Microwave has never done me wrong, but I also like to crisp it up sometimes in a cast iron and top it with a runny egg and some sriracha mayo in a taco or just on the plate

I’m seasoned when it comes to reheating boston butt, since I cook large amounts and vacuum seal portions for meals for later on.
Take the vacuum sealed pork and place in simmering or gently boiling water. Once heated throughout, its ready to serve. I’ve done it many of ways and this one is always the winner in my opinion.

This.
When I do them I put them in vac pack bags. Then when its time I just put in hot water on the stove until it looks right. Super easy.
