This is not your average "where's a good burger in Baton Rouge?" post. I am looking for burgers I have not tried before I move away next month. What burgers am I missing from this list?
Dearmans (RIP, come back soon)
Rouls
Chimes
Masons
Go Yaya
Downtown Hamburger and Seafood
Spanish Town Market
George's
Brecks
Your Moms
Bergeron's Meat Market
Barcadia
Curbside
Simple Joe's
Walk On's
Riverside Patty
Louie's
Goodwood Grill and Market
Merchant
Maxwell's
City Pork -- during burger week
Mahoney's
Smash Burger
Five Guys
Mooyah
I may be forgetting some, but this is every burger I can think of that I have had
I need to get one from Olive or Twist and from Duvic's. Been on my list for a little bit.
Of the above list, I'm going to say my favorite is Spanish Town Market.

I've been wanting that Fleming's burger too. Might be next

Definitely worth the trip, but be prepared to wait for it. It's worth it if you have the time.

Ida Burger pretty good? Pictures look real good -- makes it look like your typical small town good burger joint

Canefield Tavern (On Nicholson where Brewbacher's was) has a decent burger. I think they have a $5 Burger w/ any side on Monday and Tuesday.
They have a good happy hour as well.

I had the hockey puck that Olive or Twist served for burger week but I need to give them another chance.
And I agree with Spanish Town Market. They make a damn good burger.

Definitely solid. Everything from River Queen is. I'm also partial to their oyster po'boy with the spicy mayo

Sometimes the best damn hamburger comes from the place you would least expect it. When I first moved to Houston I lived by the Galleria. There was a Chinese place that delivered. Eventually I got burned out on their Chinese food and ordered a hamburger from them. The delivery person's tip went up quite a bit after that and that is all I ever ordered from them - sometimes I would get eggroll instead of fries.
The best hamburger I have had the past 6 month is from Fajita Willie's. I went with a couple of ladies from the office and for some reason just wasn't feeling Mexican so I got a burger. I am not particularly fond of Willie's (way down the list for Mexican food) but I look forward to the next time I go so I can get another one of their burgers.
