What well-rated restaurants have a reasonably priced lunch menu in the BR/AP area?

A little to vague to answer. What kind of food are you looking for, what do you consider reasonable, and what are of town?
Ruths Chris executive lunch for $30 is a good deal
Robertos is between your two choices, but really good
French Market Bistro

I don't really know what you're asking. Haha. Are you asking which higher end restaurants do lower priced lunch menus during the day? Most do. Gino's, Ruth's, all the sushi places, etc.
Are you asking which reasonably priced restaurants would we recommend for lunch? That's a long list. Any genre of food you're craving or prefer to eat?

So you want highly rated and cheap? Sounds like you should just stay home and eat ramen.
