Aside from various A5 I’ve sampled, the srf gold grade ny and filet mignon are two of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

Cooking A5 or wayu is different than a prime steak....350 degrees is about highest u can cook dem 4 mins side at 350

What do you mean by “distribution site”? Will they have coolers with the meat? Or do you still have to order it?
