For the nerds who want to test this theory, Go buy brisket and sausage from all 3.
Ccbbq sausage was dog food. Their brisket was mediocre.
23’s brisket and sausage are at a minimum 9/10.
Blue oak is damn good, but their wings are the best in town. So I bump them to 8.8.
If you disagree, you like dog food.

There is someone in this thread I went to BOB with and he said don't get the regular brisket, its dry. He was right.
