I've had really good Q from Smoked and then some below average. The food was better before he got the southern pride. But I understand he has a business to run.
CCBBQ was also better when it first opened. Not sure what has changed but it's very inconsistent.

Last time I tried Smoked, it was heavy on the smoke ( 
) - I belched up that smoky 'flavor' for the better part of the day. I felt like a damn smoker...you could shoved a couple ribs down my neck and a Weber logo on my arse and got smoked meat in a few hours.
