Quesadilla #1- American Cheese on Habanero tortilla (Average rating: 1.7/10)
Quesadilla #2- Boston Butt w/American cheese (Average rating: 3.4/10)

Looks OK. Better than the past attempts, which were pretty bad. I am confused why we are doing this. Can you turn the photo. Might look better if you did.
