hmmmm does makes sense because I was in there one morning and got a chicken biscuit faster than I was able to give the guy my money. Service like that at a FF joint is a borderline miracle.

Nationwide, Chick fil a and Canes are ranked 1 and 2 every year for service and drive thru.

thats my experience with chick fil-a. I never ever go thru the drive thru there. its always faster to go inside.
as for canes, I hate the chicken but the service is good. they will have the ultimate test soon, as they are supposed to open up in opelousas. I will be interested in seeing how the hood rats do running the show.

Its QSR magazine that does the rankings. Canes is bigger than you think. I believe they are in 15-20 states. Up until 10 years ago or so, Chick fil a was only in 20-25 states if that many. Chick fil a is consistently number 1 in FF rankings overall. There is a FF franchise out west that competes with Chick fil a as best yearly.

They are in 13 states with just over 50 locations

I agree with both of these, especially the first; the Chick Fil A on millerville always looks clean, the employees at least pretend they're happy to be there and earn your business, and, whether you like the food or not, it will be a consistent product.
