Question on Juicing

I am trying to learn more about juicing and losing weight. When juicing fruits, the fruit juice will cause your blood sugar to spike which causes insulin to rise and you to store fat. This occurs because you've stripped the fiber away when juicing.
My question is, could I juice some fruit and add the pulp of the fruit back to the drink to offset the blood sugar spike? Would adding a fiber supplement to the drink keep my blood sugar from spiking?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Old roommate used to do this to lose weight. Just seemed like a waste of money and fruit/veggies.

Use more vegetables than fruit. Straight fruit will do exactly what you said. You will gain weight because of the excessive sugar. It's honestly not the best game plan to lose weight.

As mentioned, you should be primarily juicing vegetables with fruit added for flavor. Cucumber is probably the best base you're going to find. If you don't like cucumber juice, juicing to lose weight is going to be tricky.
Or you're going to go through a metric frickton of spinach.

If you are doing this to lose weight, why wouldnt you use a blender and do a smoothie keeping all the pulp?

Juicing can be a good way to lose weight. Just make sure you do research on what other products to stack and cycle with.

Juicing isn't a great idea. You're basically stripping away the best part of the fruit.
As others have said, smoothies are better. And take it easy on the fruits. (But I will say a mango mint mojito is effing tasty on a hot summer day.)

Stick with mostly vegetables and add a lemon and/or apple for taste. Maybe a few berries instead.
Cucumber base is best.
Adding a little ginger root adds a nice depth of flavor.

I bought one of those Ninjas that I used to see on tv many years ago and just throw all that stuff somewhat chopped up in the glass thing with some ice and just drink that. Works pretty good and I'm not throwing away all the good nutritional part of the fruits and vegetables.
