Huge success in those pics.

Slight uptick since Monday. I've been eating more. That Cadfast is in effect

Been thinking about posting on here for a few weeks. I just started a new diet and work out plan so hopefully I can get this gut off me. Got to 245 after getting plantar fasciitis in both feet and couldn't do anything exercise related.

It's been a minute. Actually been sticking to the clean diet and counting calories, and it's paying off.

And nice work, D

After this weekend I'll be switching gears and switching goals. Lately I've been trying to cut and burn fat, which has been successful. Now time to pack on some size slowly and build up new muscle. All the while trying to stay as lean as possible. So I may not be posting weight or anything in here, but I'll still drop by to congratulate everyone

Going buy a food scale after work. Lots of crawfish the next few weeks, hoping to avoid the beers.

First time joining and have had enough of being over weight. Have always been bigger but I put on the junior 15 his year and I'm bigger than I've ever been. Time to cut down.

I got my lazy arse outside and went for a walk today. I've been lifting but not doing any cardio for the last month or so.. i got about 5 minutes of walking in and had a huge burst of energy so I did sprint intervals. I haven't had that burst of energy in a month, so it felt awesome. Need to get back into cardio.

Walked 7 miles according to my fitbit today, ate pretty well. Successful day. Now I just have to be able to avoid drinking beer on my day off tomorrow

Lucky to get out of this weekend flat. Ran 4 miles sat and 3 yesterday but diet and wine consumption was not as good as it should have been. Time to get going this week!

Graduating this week put a hurting on me. Seemed like every night it was either a party with a ton of food or going out drinking with friends with no working out. Getting back on track hopefully for the next couple weeks

Not a bad weight from the drinking and crawfish weekend. Tweaking the diet some. Anyone here who has done keto and think cream cheese could slow the drop? I have 2tbs a day and will cut it this week.

I feel like I'm finally ready to really get back on the horse again. I've done a good job of maintaining and enjoying myself, but I feel like I'm finally ready to saddle back up and get to a healthy weight.
