Inching slower to my pre-holiday (167) weight and now just 5 from my all time low (163.5).

Good thing I am in that competition at work and I really want the $250.00 to supplement my new computer purchase, otherwise I would be on my way to Taco Bell.
I'm freaking starving at the moment and I've already used more than my normal cals.

196 for 3-4 days in a row now. this is good; its below my 30-day average which is 197.8 right now.
6lbs above my all-time low, but again, i'm focused on consistency..no 'jumps' one way or the other.
had some stress-related eating happen yesterday or i might have been back to 195 this morning.
still not giving up on 175 but this last 20lbs has been very stubborn.
if it makes any difference, my jeans are getting even more loose now so so that helps my feelings when the number refuses to budge.
i'm pretty happy wearing 32x34 jeans. not sure i really want to go much thinner than that..i dont think realistically i can maintain a waist size under 32 for an extended period of time. i just dont see that happening.

Have you tried eating a cellulose sponge? It will swell up and make you feel full, plus you cannot digest it.

After watching Fat Sick and Nearly Dead in Dec I begin a juice fast, struggled through the Christmas holidays with the fast, but ended Dec at 226 and begin the juice fast again Jan 1. Down 34 pounds since I begin. I plan to continue through Feb. and hope to be at 170 by then.

wow thats pretty damn good, I'm hoping I can get into 34 waist pretty soon, and I have had some high stress eating lately too. My daughter said my pants were too big today! (36)
Work thru it, everyday is a new day and only WE can really make choices what WE eat/do

Hanging my head in shame, after a full day of cleaning 2 full garages, I was too tired to care to cook and my roommate gave his friend money to get food and he wound up getting Cane's not knowing I'm on a diet.. so I said F it and ate it..

So I've added two new "staples" to my food choices. The first is mission carb balance tortillas... 3g net carbs per tortilla. I have used them for sandwiches, etc. The second I found yesterday. It is a carbsmart FUDGESICLE made by breyers. It has 8g net carbs, 3g sugar, 5g alcohol sugars. Are any of you familiar with these items? I kinda feel like they are too good to be true...

You know what they say.. If it sounds too good to be true..
it is.
Typically these types of items will cause stalls. They are a technicality and if you decide to enjoy them, enjoy them on occasion. Not every day.

I agree.
Plus if they taste too good you will end up eating more than your portion anyway and crossing over your carb threshold.
167.7
Slight uptick today but I'm just glad I hung on to 167.
I need to drop another pound by Wednesday so I can pull another 3 pound week and keep the pressure on the office competition.
