I had wings, sausage, and bourbon for the game as well. I am almost back to my pre christmas weight. I didnt do too bad for christmas, but then i piled on new years and then coasted into the bcs game and overdid it there as well. I have been hard at it since tiesday and have no cheats in the forseeable future.

Dang weight is starting to tick me off. Dang 2 pound water spike this morning.
I ate a little too much yesterday (2150 calories) but that shouldn't cause a weight gain.
Pisses me off because I got up to go get some ice cream about 400 times and forced myself back into my chair each time.
I had a good day today so that damn scale better DIP back down tomorrow.

Stop hiding and get back to work.
I really wanted to toss the scale over the balcony this morning. I was POSITIVE I would get back to 170.1 (my Saturday weight) but alas the scale didn't agree with me.

This damn Holiday weight is sticking around. I've had 14 cheat free days but the damn weight is taking forever to get back to pre-holiday levels.
Damn water gain from Saturday needs to get off plus some by Wednesday for the office weigh-in.

OMG I'm sorta glad all these chanpionship games are over, drowned my sorrows again Sat night, but had good workouts last week so I'm holding steady. Weekends are still a little rough after the holidays. Monday motivation has kicked in

My first time back in the thread since the end of the Summer when I hit my target weight. I maintained in the 155-160 range for a few months like I hoped, but have been off track since Thanksgiving. So......
