I just checked in with my first post the other night even though I started 6 or 7 weeks ago. I will try to stay regular, so what is the deal with the 3 weights listed? ???/???/???

Josey, hang in there. a nonplateau is 10x's better than going back up to where you were.

eta: 170/148/145

Myth skip the jorts. when you hit 165 you'll be ready for some speedos

Keep at it. It'll break eventually. You could be like me, once I'm done losing water weight I tend to lose in 9-10 cycles where I don't lose any at all then wake up one morning and will have lose 3-4 pounds lol. A (non)plateau sucks but persevere and you'll make it.

55 lbs gone!

Last night, I had way too much to drink and ended up scarfing down a couple of donuts. I some how woke up 1.8 lbs lighter than yesterday.

I'm gonna catch you MFer!!! Hopefully I wake up tomorrow having broken the 50 lb mark. I don't think any of you understand how frustrating it was for me being 49 pounds down and then going backwards Going forward is a much better feeling

Reminds me of when I go to a hotel. I may be turning 56 in a few days, but I still like to play trampoline.

Decided to abandon my 20 mile ride each week because I procrastinate every day to avoid it and then end up doing no ride. So until mid September or later the 20 mile ride is done.

So I did get my 10 mile ride done and you would think I rode through a swimming pool.

Welcome Otto, just don't try to tell us the political ramifications of Atkins.

Oh and congrats on your loss.
