I don't know about that plan, STDs are probably expensive to get rid of, that is if they can get rid of what you catch

A little over a week ago, about a week and a half. Within 2 days I gained 7 pounds and have been stuck there. At first I thought it was water weight but if it is water weight it's staying on for a long time..

Lester is going to have a field day with you on high carbs. Bad idea in my opinion. I gain weight every time I eat carbs because they make me constantly hungry.

Let him, I never said you can't lose weight on a high carb diet. I still would advocate atkins or a low carb diet to people, I just wanted to change it up.
Honestly he hasn't posted anything about his diet or weight loss in so long I wouldn't be surprised if he dropped it. If that is the case, then who is he to judge?

Honestly I'm not really hungry all the time. Hunger isn't an issue, or hasn't been. I eat decent sized meals and eat yogurt, nuts, fruits, or veggies for snacks.

You need to be a little hungry. It is a diet.

Well I don't mean I'm not hungry at all dammit, I just mean I'm not starving or uncontrollably hungry. I say one thing and people always assume another

eta

I do see how that could be confused as me saying I'm never hungry though

I hate being wishy washy but i am pretty sure this high carb diet isnt going to work for me.. not because its not possible for me to lose weight on it or anything, but ever since switching i feel like grade a shite 24/7. Always in a terrible mood. No energy except for maybe an hour after i eat. I think what this is doing is proving to myself that my body just doesnt handle carbs/sugar well. Since switching ive felt like my old, lethargic, tired self that i did before i started losing weight. I want to give this a little more time but if it keeps going like it is, its not going to work.

I actually feel MUCH better on Atkins than when eating carbs. I do feel more energetic and I don't have the constant gnawing hunger I have when I do low calorie with carbs.

When shifting from one to the other, I do sometimes have a few days of lethargy.

Are you on a low carb diet? I felt MUCH more energetic on Atkins. Not like.. caffeine or sugar rush energetic, just not exhausted. I feel EXHAUSTED 24/7. I feel like I don't get enough sleep even when I sleep 8 or more hours. It's especially bad when I get hungry now..

And I haven't been lazy even though I feel like shite, I've been forcing myself to get out and exercise and do lots of it. But I'm completely drained 24/7.

Over the last 16 months, I bet every single time I added beans to the menu my weight loss stalled because the carbs made me overeat.

You would think I would learn but I don't. Every few months I add beans back into the menu and every few months I stall.

H, i apologize for the reek. i only ask that you click on your "my posts" and look at where you were in march and compare to where you are. ditch the carbs and get back in the game. you joined Putta for a reason.

Weekly weigh-in
266.6/216.4/190
I really want to hit 215 before I head to the beach on Saturday, but right now I'm losing at a snail's pace.

And it hasn't worked well for me the past couple of months so I wanted to change it up, that's all. Last time I checked, puttadaforkdown isn't for Atkins only, I don't have to do low carb because everyone says so. I think we all know that weight can be lost on either diet style. I'm going to give this a little more time, it's only been 1 1/2 or 2 weeks max. I'll probably go back but I want to give this style its fair shot.
