Sorry your ex screwed that up for you. That's bullshite. But it sounds like y'all had fun despite her. And congrats on your ranking -- I'm sure someone would be happy to have that place.

Good job. Happy Father's Day.

I feel like I just got back from a Chinese buffet. That sausage must have had tons of sodium.

I avoided the biscuits and grits but nibbled a bit at the hash browns.

I had a big serving of eggs with cheese, onions and mushrooms and I had about 2 1/2 servings of the damn sausage which has me so thirsty I could die.

Finally back home. Had boiled crawfish and plenty of beer last night. No longer have my truck (1996 Chevy blazer) and now I drive a grandma car (98 Buick century =[) because it gets good MPG, has AC, and is in great condition. Its embarassing to drive really but it was free so whatever. Going to sell the blazer and use that money to start a savings. Its been a long, long week.

Thanks to who evever gave it to you.
I've been in a Buick for 12 yrs now. Buick is like your diet. It's not how you look and feel getting there, but what you look and feel like when you arrive.

Made it down to 183 on Saturday morning before an EPIC collapse on Saturday afternoon/evening.

200/189/170

I can't believe I gained 6 lbs in 1 day. I pray that some of it is water, but if not, I accept the consequences of my actions and will be back on the wagon tomorrow.

6lbs in one day......

Right there with you Gumbo. I was at my low of 224 on Saturday morning. Did ok for breakfast and lunch, then took my dad out for dinner. As I predicted, he chose an all you can eat (always been quantity over quality for my dad). We actually went to a seafood restaurant that offers a buffet on Saturday night. I was going to order some grilled shrimp or fish from the menu, but my dad talked me into the buffet so he wouldn't be the only one at the table pigging out.

I live in Alabama, so of course most of the seafood was fried, and it was actually pretty damn good. They even had fried lobster, which I had never heard of. Needless to say, I ate until I was sick.

Sunday morning....228.6....4.6 lb gain from 1 freaking meal

Back down to 226.2 this morning after eating mostly veggies yesterday. I made my first ratatouille because my dad brought me tons of squash, eggplant, and tomatoes from his garden. It didn't look like the stuff that rat made, but was pretty damn tasty.

Yeah it was my brother's. I'm going to split the money from the Blazer with him as a show of appreciation. My phone has now gone dead though. Won't turn on. I think the battery went out on me, going to try to replace that and hope for the best. I just can't win.

Didn't to too much damage with the beers.

i had a day like that (+5) a month or so ago. sodium and water retention. It was gone in about 4 days.

170/151.5/147

I'll take .5 for Fathers day. (day 22 of np)
too much sausage and hashbrown casserole. I cleaned out my garage all afternoon though and must have sweat out the sodium.

Yeah, down to 187.5 this morning, so hopefully it will be gone in a few days.

Don't worry too much about the massive gains. They are probably mostly water with some real gain.

You didn't eat six pounds of food but you probably drank that much liquid which stuck to you because of the massive sodium influx.

I've had several Phantom Weight Gains over the last year, now I have a Phantom Weight Loss.

323/180.7/173

I don't buy that loss for a second. The scale is teasing me. I couldn't stop eating yesterday so there is no way I lost weight.

I did go 2 days without a bike ride so it is possible my body was holding onto extra water for ridging and 2 days without a ride caused my body to drop that extra water. I don't know.

OK, no more cheats until my July 4th hot dog.

6 pounds is a LOT of food. I still think a chunk of that is water but it may take a few days to drop off.

If not, you at least shocked your body into believing the fast is over so your metabolism might speed up a bit.
