Hulk prayers are sent. Very empathetic to this.

CT , with only 7 more lbs of lard to go,if you do indeed force feed me 3 lbs, I'll be glad to do my part to help out. Do I get to pick where to nibble?

Went fishing today. The guide did not have much luck. I caught one nice red and one nice trout, my step dad just one small red and the guide caught one monster red and a trout.

Just finished the trout which was cooked with a little olive oil and lemon pepper. OMG that was good.

Not sure what I weighed today as I didn't sleep at all last night and headed out at 4am.

There's a blast from the past. I could definitely lose some weight on that diet.

ETA: depending on what else goes into it, it could fit right in on Atkins.

Soylent Green is 100% Atkins approved.

Actually you would need to get Soylent Ultra which is 100% pure Soylent. Regular soylent probably has filler in it that might knock you out of induction.

323/182.9/173

Phantom weight gain since I only had 1150 cals yesterday.

I think maybe being out in the sun all day caused my body to hang on to all the coffee, tea and water I consumed.

He's planning to do dirty things with all of those hot biking chicks. That's gonna be his new form of exercise and he's gonna drop tons of weight

Yeah. He's going to lose a LOT trying to chase them. I can hear his line . . . "Wanna play with my Barbie?"

Good job!

35.5 down, 6 more to go! I have been taking the organic apple cider vinegar for a few days . . . seems to be helping! Take 2 tsp, 3 x a day in water. But it needs to be the kind from the health food store -- not the distilled stuff from the grocery.
