266.6/226.4/190

Hit my low on Sunday morning, then spent Sunday and Monday not watching what I ate. Yesterday, I played in a charity golf tournament and just ate what they offered. I didn't really overeat either day or intentionally cheat. I just didn't keep up with points. Oh well, I can live with the 0.4 lb gain. Now, it's back to serious weight loss.

Just looking at the map gave me a heart attack.

I think I would like to launch my kayak in that river and yell at CAD the whole way while I'm floating peacefully along.

"Come on you Barbie-toting puss! Get a move on! That would be fun.

My best friend's brother attempted to commit suicide a few hours ago, cut his wrists. She had to rush him to the hospital and then clean up all of his blood. I'll be spending most of tonight with her.. it's gonna be a looooong night.

It's so shocking. He's a cool guy, he and I get along very well, and he's in a stable relationship with a pretty and respectable woman, and just started a new job. I just saw him last weekend and he seemed perfectly fine. Although I don't know him very well I'm very stunned by it and I feel terrible. It's invoking some of the pain of losing my mother. I can relate to what my friend is going through.

Dang, Hulk. I am sorry to hear that. Hang in there.

On a happier note, 34.5 down, 7 more to go!

Dang CT, you're getting really close. I hope you'll stick around after you reach your goal to kick the rest of us in the arse occasionally.

Jeez, when it rains it pours. The belt on my truck snapped last night when I was coming home, made it into my complex at least. Better than it happening on the interstate on my way to work though.

Can't allow myself to get too excited. Have not lost anything in three weeks. Just now starting to drop a little. Seven pounds could take forever.

My wife and I took the first step with this. We bought the disks a couple of months back. We'll probably get around to removing the cellophane in a month or two.

it is a good work out...not overly difficult...generally about an hour long with a 10 minute warm up and cool down...

Support group probably helps when it gets tough so I'm in.

222/203/195

I may adjust the target lower after I hit 195 but I'm thinking on my frame (6'2") and age (50) it will be a good number to carry.

Just to update, it's not just the belt. The bearings on the idler pulley froze up and the pulley stripped the bolt out of the bracket and it fell off. So now I'm looking at replacing the whole bracket.

ok I'm back in...I was here a few months ago, then a few things happened (lost my job, surgery...to name a few) so I got a bit sidetracked. I did lose 7 pounds somehow so I'm still on track, but now I wanna be hardcore. :)
