Two different people who are on low Carb diets told me they take fiber pills 30 minutes before they eat and it helps with feeling full. Anyone heard of this.

IDK why they'd need to take that just to feel full. I stay full after I eat my meals being on low-carb. Fat keeps you feeling more full for longer than starches do.

Probably wishful thinking. I take fiber supplements and I have never noticed them making me feel full in any way but I'll give it a shot.

I think today's the day to hop back onto the exercise routine. I literally have not purposefully exercised in probably a month

The laziness is taking me over, always tired. Instead of naturally energetic, I've been going crazy on the coffee (which I do not like a whole lot) and sugar free energy drinks.

Hulk, absolutely. I am back on Atkins and as will start doing mild exercise and walking until my ribs get better. No time to get crazy and reverze the hard work.

You're really starting to piss me off. When I see you next week, I'm going to hold you down and force feed you three pounds of lard.

And there is just too much cheating going on in here. Everybody was doing so good.

Not really. A few people have been on vacation, I've only had one unplanned cheat with the Taco Bell fiasco.

Cheats really aren't bad as long as they are few and far between which most of us have been holding to that.

Are you all SURE that sitting in my unairconditioned truck for 45 minutes isn't exercise? I'm sweating like I just ran a mile and I'm exhausted when I get in!

209/187/180. Down a couple of pounds in 3 weeks. Not doing bad since was up a few pounds due to much eating. Last week was good and I am anticipating another couple of good weeks to push down to 180 by the end of July.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everybody on this thread for the help, encouragement, and especially inspiration that I have received since I started participating in this discussion. I had been working out, and had lost some weight before getting involved here, but it was on a very slow rate due to too much food. I do love to eat good food and I can cook good food which can be a bad combination for weight control. With the inspiration from this thread I have been able to moderate my food intake enough to get down to the weight I was through most of my early adult life. Now I want to get down a little lower to my peak adult weight of 178ish.

Thank you all and keep up the good work.

34 down, 7.5 to go! Finally broke through the 33.5 stalemate.

Still didn't exercise yesterday. Took my vehicle to my mechanic, went to the grocery store, cooked, and ate.. by the time I was done it was dark outside and I don't trust my complex at night, there are blind curves and idiots come flying around them.
