Casa Garcia caused a jump from 180 to 183.3.

Waiting for the temp to drop a bit then out for a 20 mile ride.

Now I'm really mad. I've been stuck and you're eating spaghetti and losing 4 pounds. That is just bullshite!

Probably dehydration from all that booze (which isn't good for your heart, ya know).

I think "sketti" is carb free n lower in calories then "spaghetti"
booze may not be good for a " broke" heart. But it sure feels good to a broken one.

Well I didn't cheat because of booze. We didn't drink. But we did go to a Lebanese restaurant and I had some pita bread, and then at night we went to a Chinese buffet. So, carb-overload I'm sure. But it was a good time.

Don't listen to CC, Hulk. If we gave him an enema, he'd be the size of a quarter!

P.S. - Have fun flushing out all of that sodium.

I was at 323 before, normal fluctuations.. the damage is 2 pounds. Guess that's manageable.

I'm in.

up 1.5 since I returned from NW Fla Friday. Broke 2000 cals Saturday. Then I had another calcarbsodium lunch featuring crawfish-corn soup and spinach dip yesterday. (the healthy part was the ribeye and veggie medley)

I'm okay, you're okay. We're okay?

Big chunk of the water weight is gone. I couldn't get my 20 mile ride in yesterday because of a delay I only hit 10 miles.

I'll try for 20 today.

Ok all you vacationers, get back to work.

Just don't get into thinking that eating those things will produce more weight loss! It'll catch up eventually.

Two different people who are on low Carb diets told me they take fiber pills 30 minutes before they eat and it helps with feeling full. Anyone heard of this.

Also I am at 220/215/150 due to multiple cheats in the past two weeks (mostly due to laziness in wanting to cook) but ate well yesterday and cooked a lot yesterday to keep me on track this week.
