I was very pissed off at my roommate earlier. I took out a big arse pack of chicken legs to defrost and cook so I could have lunch and dinner today (and more meals ofc, like a family pack of drumsticks lol) and for whatever reason he put my legs back in the freezer so I had to get fast food. KFC grilled chicken called my name.

I snapped. The fast food bug struck me.

I was all geared up for a great meal so when my friend canceled my brain wouldn't accept it.

I tried all my normal meals, but my brain was pissed off. I tried a snack. My brain was still pissed off.

I haven't had a taco bell run in over 4 or 5 months. That stretch is over.

OMG! I am miserable. I'm so freaking stuffed. With all that sodium, the scale is going to be brutal tomorrow. I already had way too much sodium earlier and now with Taco Bell, I'll be lucky if I make it through the night without exploding.

condo has no scale so I won't be gaining any weight until I get home Friday. That means I can eat whatever I want and its not a cheat.

Probably would have been higher if I hadn't been to lazy to get out of bed to get more water to drink.

Oh well, a melt down now and then won't kill you. You just need to get back up and brush off the taco bell sauce packets and wrappers and get back to work.

Put on pants I haven't worn since high school this morning, they fit nicely at the waist, but the legs are too short now. I need 32s not 30s! I'm wearing highwaters (it's time to do laundry )

I had noticed previously that I seem to lose weight on weekends and gain it back during the week. Weight fluctuates a lot. Last Friday, I was up to around 198 and this morning after spinning it was 190. I think Cad explained what happens. I work out all week and then recover on weekends. During the week my muscles are storing fluids and on weekends as they recover, out comes the fluids. I even cheated with pizza on Saturday because that's what the wife wanted for dinner. I did limit my other meals this weekend but no way I could lose 8 lbs. unless it was water weight.

Hulk, aren't you 6'4" or something like that? How do you wear 32 length pants? Hell, I have short legs and a long torso, but I'm only 5'10". You must look 7' tall when you're sitting down.

Damn scale keeps moving up from the Taco Bell.

1200 calories yesterday and a 20 mile ride and I still move up again.
