Yeah. It hasn't discouraged me in the least because I know if I keep at it the loss will come, but it does get aggravating.
On another note, if you guys catch a sweet tooth, there are dark chocolate flavored Emerald brand almonds that are atkins friendly.

Has some splenda.
They're called "Cocoa Roast Almonds", made by Emerald. I found them on sale at Walgreens this morning, 3 bucks for an 11 oz bottle.
Also, Arizona diet green tea w/ginseng is splenda-sweetened

Only 2 lbs this week, but I can live with that. I've got a planned day off coming up, so I'm sure I have a minor bump up coming.

Luckily, it doesn't take as long to lose, though. I was 238 at this time last year. It took me about 10.5 months of literally eating like I've never eaten before to gain 27 pounds. I could not have eaten worse or exercised less if I had set out to intentionally do so. I've lost that same 27 pounds in well under 2 months.
While it is easier, and way more fun to gain, thank God that losing is quicker. If it took me 10.5 months to lose 27 pounds, I'd probably just learn to enjoy being a fatty.

Nor do I, as I plainly stated.

Getting close to my low again. The crawfish boil weight is coming off nicely.

Warning: I just tried them out. They're REALLY good. Almost too good, this may have been a mistake

It is. Snacks that taste great don't work. You end up eating more than the serving size and in some cases the damn can.
I stay away from wasabi almonds and peas because I simply can't keep to my portion control when they are in the house.
At minimum, DO NOT HAVE THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CHAIR.

I have them in my desk with my lime and chile almonds as well. I'm pretty good at resisting them when I don't have the can in front of my face.

Just don't eat from the can. Get your serving, close the can back, slap a lock on it and hide the key from yourself.

That's what I do. I have a little serving bowl that I put them in.

I have tried to eat the raw BD almonds and I'm not a fan. I've been eating the Nut-rition South beach blend, 20 every other day. Not bad for nuts.

me too. thes are my 'go to' snacks on long bike rides.
tip: go to big lots..they have the "6 pack of plantesr nut-rition south beach *and* heart healthy" for like $2. hurry while they last. these little pouches also keep you from eating too much...amazing how quickly you knock back 250 calories of nuts.
