Booyyyyyssss I’ve been doing Keto for about a little over a year now, but I just started taking supplements to help with my workout routine and hopefully help shred it up a bit before summer. I have never taken any supplements before - even while doing competitive weight lifting in college. Stacking LeanMode and Hydroxicut Elite...

Lemmmeee tell ya... I’ve never had this much energy in my life. Ever. This is wild. Feels like the best coffee buzz ever, minus the need to shite 6 times. I am in love.

Rest day
Stayed under 1700. This time instead of 1500/day I’m giving myself 1700.
Made it through yesterday at gym without talking to her even though we had a Hagler Hearns staredown a couple times.

Stationary and got to my goal I was clipping before injury 2 rest 1 hard interval for 20 minutes

Update on the supplements, they’re still awesome. I’ve stopped taking them at the same time, because it made me jittery. This Hydroxycut Elite stuff is the real deal... gives me the energy and alertness of about 4 cups of coffee and essentially eliminates my appetite for up to 12 hours. Been killing the cardio, too. Beach bod on the way, mf-ers.

20 min ride today 3:1 intervals

Next week 22 min rides 2:1 and 3:1 intervals

Upper day and leg day. Need to figure out how to develop a strategy to work on abs without just doing Pallof

Every night dinner is PBJ and 1 serving skim milk.

Down 16lbs since lent. Just ate 3 donuts! Damn my mom for brining that right after I woke up from a nap. My stomach hurts.

I'm sorry, LBT :( That really sucks. I was bulimic when I was 21; I understand the shame and shitty out of control feeling that follows.

My weight has been steady for over a year now, within a 5-7 lb range. For some reason, I went from the bottom of that range to the top of that range in the past week. Ugh! My diet hasn't changed, so it wigs me out. I'm cutting back for a few days to get it back down.

22 min ride, first time I got over 15 mph average since return from injury
I need to just get back in a clear routine. But positive is my dinner nightly PBJ with milk is working I feel. Maybe mental but last year I convinced myself 1500 cals worked for me.

22 minutes went 5.67 miles and starting to get my legs again. Paloff presses and some crunches

At 1100 cals and my normal pbj I think for dinner tonight

May splurge for birthday tomorrow
