Probably consumed 600 calories of crawfish and 1400 calories of vodka yesterday. Felt my body shrinking by night time

When I got home late I made an egg white omelet and had one of those tiny Real Good Pizzas to get some protein in me.

270.56 for my average weight this week, 1.74 lost. Did that with 3 client lunches, St Patty's day, and Sunday in New Orleans.

The pizza aroma was strong but I piled on the bacon bits and ham and hit the door

Scale. Doesn't tell The whole story. I don't know how many lbs I'm down... Will weigh myself on good Friday. But I'm down 4 notches on the belt I wear since lent started. Face and neck also lost chubb.

I weigh every day but average out my weights per week. Works well for me; scratches the itch to weigh in every day, but helps me not to flip out over the normal ups and downs

Doc said no weights until mid April I will need to start doing bands for shoulder strength.
