Just picked up a blood glucose monitor. I am now in recording mode. If I have time, I'll post a thread in the health and fitness board about the effects of what I consume on BG. So excited for this stupid little device.

So yeah I am all goofed up U did no workouts or anything good for last few days. Lets hope this week is a good week.
I guess tody will be chest and tricep day with starting to get back into a stationary routine.
I have completely abandoned planks, maybe do some of those and/or Paloff press

I skipped bootcamp last night too. knee was super swollen wednesday and I probably pushed it too far, but eventually it just refused to work anymore. still sore today, but hopefully by wednesday I'll be back to it.
Diet has been okay, I lost a few more, but the last few days I have been way below cal intake.

After 4 or so compliant weeks, I went full YOLO this weekend for the opening of CFB and definitely will be clicking 'not compliant' friday.
I've been weighing daily, taking the average, and putting it into Avatar. I like it much more than just going by my daily fluctuations; it scratches my itch to weigh every day, but the daily fluctuations don't mean as much.

First workout after hurting my rib today. Rib didn't bother me but I did a light workout and it wore me out. Long road ahead

Hi y'all. A series of bad events with work & fam this summer made me shut down for awhile. I needed to hibernate.
On top of that, I took some meds for strep last month, and gained 9 lbs in a week with no diet changes (after nearly a year of being +/- 2 lbs of the same weight). Freaked me the frick out & didn't come off. I'm back on keto this week, and lost 6 of the 9. Gonna stick it out for awhile & lose more.

So yeah yesterday I was productive and today will be a back bicep day. I even rode the stationary for 20 minutes.
Diet well yeah that is different story I have gotten lax but still not gaining tons of weight still fluctuating between 1-3 lbs but never getting too heavy.
I forgot to eat breakfast and lunch today

oh hey pals.
no weight to check in with because I'm currently living in a hotel for 2 months. My apartment has some renovations being done that forced me out and not a whole lot of room in my hotel for things that aren't necessities.
I think it could be a good thing though (the not having a scale...the hotel part sucks a big ole bag of dicks)

Damn! That's a long arse time to be in a hotel. I'm glad you're otherwise doing well.
I think it would scare me not to have a scale. I've gotten so used to weighing daily to make sure things aren't creeping out of control that the scale has become my security blanket.
