I feel hard this weekend well just yesterday
CFB is killing me. Hopefully I can figure a way out of staying on track on Saturdays. I will hit the gym do some weights and a bike.

I hurt my shoulder today doing bench I've never had it explode like this

One of the guys I used to run into at the gym a lot hurt his shoulder at some point in time. He would put something on his chest to decrease the range of motion required by 2-3 inches (instead of going all the way down to his chest) was supposed to be better on the shoulders.

Im not lifting at all except a pallof press for a week or so, just ride and elliptical

Reverse diet is coming to an end Friday. I'll be at 3k cals/day, and I'm slowly gaining weight linearly, so it'll be time to switch into maintenance through at least December, maybe into 2018. Then back to a long, slow fat loss. So far my plan for my next fat loss phase will be 24 weeks in fat loss, with a rotation of a maintenance week in there every six weeks.. so 6 weeks of fat loss, 1 week maintenance, then rotate that for a total of 24 weeks of fat loss, or a total of 28 weeks... 7 months. Throw in an extra day of LISS cardio every month to help preserve calories. Hopefully that means 30-35 pounds of weight loss by July-August of 2018 before going into another much shorter reverse and maintenance and another fat loss phase.
That, of course, is subject to change. I'm also considering a shorter but more intense moderate fat loss phase with a short reverse and maintenance, and rotating that instead.

No workout today I have decided to rest for the week since the shoulder explosion and go back after it next week.

Made it back to the gym this evening. Really need to re-establish the habit again.
