It is workout day getting back on it today. Maybe some stalking so I have inspiration

Today is Back and bicep day with a 30 minute ride, but I doubt I try to kill my ride like usual just 85 rpm for 30 instead of 85 for 1 then 110 for 2 min

Just barely I know, but I'll take it.

Workouts today, school starts tomorrow,
Haven't been tracking everyday with MFP,
But still staying on track, so I think that means I finally have figured out what I can eat without thinking about it too much.

Weighed in early since I'm out of town this weekend. Weight stayed the same, got more macros

2611 cals
87g fat
282g carbs

I think once I get to 3000 cals I'm going to end the reverse.

It's actually a little tougher than I thought it'd be.. I'm just really used to eating a lot less, and a lot higher protein items.. I'm actually having trouble not going over my protein macro.

The point is to get that high, maintain for half as long as reversed, then start a new cut. I will do a slow loss phase. Think 30-40 pounds in 6 months. This preserves strength and metabolism; then if/when my calories get really low again, I'll reverse back up and start the process over. It means it'll be a long time before I'm at my goal weight, but it will be much more sustainable. It is more of a long-term body recomp than a rapid weight loss.

But what really irks me is some clown threw away my Wonder Bread, my peanut butter, and jelly at school for my daily PBJ, so did not get one. I had just put it in the lounge Thursday.

Yesterday was Leg Day

Did not stalk either, I ignored.

Today is just a 30 minute ride and a Hydro Massage Chair day I think.

Another macro bump. Avatar also changed their algorithm to have more protein.

2706 cals
186g protein
90g fat
288g carb

Was compliant, but just barely. Went to the beach last weekend and overindulged one day. But I was able to make up for it, so all good.
