When you're done eating, tell us about the texture and how you warmed it up.

I put my mini review on top of page 2 in the T-Boys thread. Very meaty but delicious.

Blue apron is wrong for this shite.

What is this, a dinner for ants? I just did deadlifts!

ETA

650 calorie meal. Pork is 195 calories. The sauce on the veggies is like 400 calories bc it's a butter-based sauce. Wtf. Did not eat veggies, ate Halo top instead

My man hulk, how you holding up on avatar this week? Back on track? And yea screw that meal.

You guys that are following macro based plans should really thinking about doing Meal prep Sunday. Makes life much easier. Misc home on amazon has the containers for less than a dollar a piece.

If you look in my linked google drive and bring up anabolic cookbook, it will give you a hundreds of great recipes. There is also the ole staple of chicken, brown rice or sweet potato and veggies. It makes sticking to a macro style diet so much easier and really saves a lot of money in the end.

Yep. Another wedding not this weekend but next. Sister in law. Gonna do my best to be compliant. I got really lucky and last weekend didn't hurt too bad. Weight is back on track. I've actually started a conservative reverse since Avatar recommended it. After that recommendation, I posted about it on the Avatar Facebook group and it was a resounding "yes, reverse" so I decided to take the plunge. It means I won't be losing much weight for the next 6 months, but if I can increase the amount of calories I can cut at, then it'll be worth it in the long run. Today was the first time I was able to make it through a full deadlift session (w1d2 of GSLP) in quite some time without almost blacking out.. low calories sucks.

Wife and I meal prep all lunches for mon-fri and then cook dinner every night. Sometimes it's a pain but we both enjoy cooking and the time spent together. We usually cook a little too much and have leftovers sitting around in case we don't have time to cook dinner.

This was less than $15, and it made four servings

That's all the carbs I had today.

You mean brave enough for current status or brave enough for before and currents?

I'm not brave enough to post a legit "before". The only one I've ever posted this time last year was overly flattering.

So today the scale said was down 1.8 lbs from yesterday...

Okay anywho...

Today is an off day and tomorrow I will workout. I think I may start liking these free weights things, but probably not.

This is why I've started doing weekly averages. I can fluctuate as much as 5 pounds depending on what I ate and if I worked out the day before.

I am not even hungry and the thought of food today is making me like no do not want.

I never miss breakfast, so just ate a snickers mini, just to get something in my system.
