Are you doing tennis this summer? Or focusing on lifting? My league has its last match next week. I'm ending my first season with a spectacular 3-8 record Not sweating it. I signed up for a mixed doubles team, but it's almost entirely married couples and no solo guys, so I doubt I'll be playing much. Gonna keep up with weekly lessons, at a minimum.

So yeah I have gained a 1.5 lb since last week. But I am not sure that is accurate. It may be now that I am lifting some free weights. I do feel better though.

Here is what IIFYM has given me

Protein Grams: 157
Fat Grams: 69
Carbs Grams: 155
Fiber Grams: 28-37
Calories: 1869

Here has been the average over the last week

Protein Grams: 67 the Tuna and Pork Chops need to return
Fat Grams: 67 Acceptable
Carbs Grams: 175 been eating bread every day since the fridge went out but will be able to stop it after tomorrow
Fiber Grams: 13 Going to need to figure that out I guess
Calories 1539

Haven't played in over a month. No one to really play with. After going 0-2 in my first two matches, I haven't been scheduled again. Which I'm okay with.

Going to focus on lifting I guess. Maybe try to develop a golf swing.

Try not to get discouraged. You've been doing really well & lost a lot quickly. It sounds like you're still on the right track for your health/situation.

You should play 2.5 mixed doubles. It's hard AF to find beginner guys to play, so I imagine you'd get more court time. And an easier pace of play.

That said, can't go wrong with lifting & golf. I've been neglecting my golf clubs. Need to find time to get back into it.

Just blew my fat count out of the water today had to have a PBJ for lunch and the PB was loaded it seems on the MFP.

I hate it that my power went out twice last weekend and ruined all my meats. After tomorrow I finally get to go to store and get my pork, tuna, and chicken replaced.

I'd buy them all, too! That's like $100 worth of ice cream.

How much PB did you use? 2 tablespoons should be about 17g..

It's a random person in Utah on the Avatar Nutrition Facebook group that a few of us have joined. She has too much time on her hands if that is photoshopped :)

I used approximately 2.75 so rounded up to 3 and it came up as 48 g of fat. Isn't 32 g a tablespoon?

I knew my eggs would have fat in them, but had no choice after the fridge escapades of the past weekend.

But 4 eggs had 20 g fat.

I think you may have loaded it as 3 servings of PB, rather than 3 tablespoons. A serving size of PB is 2 tbsp, so if you entered 3 servings, you entered it like 6 tbsp.

My Macros look like:

Carb 45%
Fat 36%
Protein 17%

So next week I definitely will eat tuna for lunch and rotate Pork and Chicken. Will probably go get a Boston Butt and slow cook it this weekend to give me a few days of food for lunch and or dinner of pork.

I still gained a pound and half but as I said earlier I have began to lift so that is probably the reason. I feel better and more fit though. Noticed that my belt is starting to get loose as I am way past the last notch on it and when this began I was middle and notch and could have easily went to 2nd notch.

No.

Different things weigh different amounts in a given volume (tbps is a volume measurement, grams is weight.. a tbps-sized ball of metal is going to be heavier than a tbps of pb, for example). You should weigh it out. 2Tbps of peanut butter is 30g..roughly. It should tell you an average of what one serving weighs on the label.

For example, this is the pb i use:
LINK

2 tbps of peanut butter is 30g.
