On days when I'm out of eggs, and don't wanna blow it right out of the gate with grits, or toast, I just IF.

I usually remember by about noon why I liked IF. I just really like breakfast foods. Prolly the worst thing about IF.

I've got a lady that sells me her fresh eggs 2 dozen at a time. $2.50/dozen. They're better than Eggland's Best. I haven't been able to IF much either. They're gorgeous.

You can IF in the evening too, can't you? As long as you keep all your macros in a 6-8 hour window, your body will adjust? I'm pretty certain I read that somewhere when researching this mess.
