My diet was fricking weird this weekend since I was working.
I gotta figure out how I'm going to eat better and the timing of my meals when I travel for work on the weekends.
Forgot to step on the scale this morning too. Shiiiiieeeeeeeetttttt.

haha good to know...I figured I didn't...I mean I drank an INSANE amount of beer Saturday.... like passed out at 10:00 Pm and woke up at 4:00 am still drunk.... but that was really the only bad I did. Lately it hasn't been uncommon for me to drop 3 or so pounds from Monday to Tuesday Morning.... I'm thinking thats gonna continue... flushing my system with tons of water and zero cal green tea...weekend be gone!

yea u will lose that in a couple days. zero chance you gained 5lbs of fat in a couple days... 0%

Ughh. I had that happen a couple weeks ago. Freaked me the hell out. Thankfully, my weight went back down after a few days of not really trying.

yea figured i would...it's just frustrating. And it happens every single weekend since i started. This has been by far the most beer I've drank so I can see why i read 5 lbs over. But most weekends I allow myself to drink a little and am less strict but still no fried food or sweets and put an average of 25 miles on the bike...and end up gaining 2-3 lbs... whatever as long as it keeps coming off quick as it went on.

I have plateaued for this week, did not gain or lose. But I did walk some without shin splint pain.
For some reason, the treadmill is where I am getting it not the road or track.

I am not concerned with the gain as long as it is not big as I have decided I will fluctuate...its about feeling and trimming down.
The one major issue though is the shin splints. Only happen on treadmill and nowhere else, it is very concerning and troublesome.

cant swap to bike riding?

I am going to ride the bike or elliptical. But it is just strange that the pain only is on the treadmill. I would have thought it would have been on all surfaces.

Sweet peppers (I actually like jalapenos better for this, but sweet peppers was all I had in the fridge), cut into halves, seeds scraped.
The stuff I used is in parenthesis, but you can use whatever you want. This recipe is almost impossible to screw up.
Cream cheese of your choice (Philadelphia original)
Canned chicken breast of your choice (Hormel)
Hot sauce or wing sauce of your choice (Louisiana brand Wing Sauce)
Portion the cream cheese & chicken according to your preference & mix together using a fork, add hot sauce to the mixture until desired flavor is reached. Use fork or spoon to fill peppers. Bake at 425 until cheese begins to brown - typically 5-8 minutes.
I usually top them with a little shredded cheddar, which adds a fantastic flavor. Just didn't have any today. Dip them suckers in ranch, too.
Total prep/cook time, 15 minutes.
