I had fried rice and two bites of cake. Two glasses of wine. And some popcorn at the movies. Back to the grind tomorrow. I I have too much to lose to not get serious again tomorrow.

Day 7 of the V-diet
So I guess I can't really call it the V-diet anymore as I made some modifications. I dropped the nightly shake and added the 400 calories to my last meal of the day (basically just adding more olive oil, extra meat, and some avocado).
New plan,
Breakfast - shake + fish oil
Lunch - shake + superfood + fish oil
Afternoon snack - shake + fish oil
Pre workout - Plasma
Dinner - 800-1000 calories, meat + veggies + lots of fats
Will do my measurements tomorrow but here are a few things I have noticed.
1. Major reduction in bloating
2. Seeing a lot more veins when working out (none at rest yet)
3. More energy in the morning
4. Spending a lot less $$$ on food (didn't realize how much random shite I was buying to eat)

Showing ketones on the ketosix before the cheat and still showing trace or small amounts today. Is it even possible that the mega carbs didn't throw me all the way out of ketosis?

Didn't even step on the scale today
I crashed hard at Bayou Boogaloo. This week gotta get back on track

you were out of keto, almost guaranteed...however your body is going to get right back to ketosis if not over night, then in about a day I'd imagine.

That is kind of what I meant also. Can I be back in ketosis that fast?

Once your body is keto adapted, yes.

Keto has been getting easier. Feeling good. Still cheating on Saturday, but I'm ok with it, if the lbs keep dropping off.

Man no lie. When I did the V diet and it was nothing but shakes and one meal a week I saved a ton. I used true nutrition and got a bunch of different flavors of a mix similar to the metabolic drive biotest sells. Then would get fish oil from controlled labs and back then the program didnt have a superfood or plasma so it was even cheaper then what you are doing.
Every saturday night my wife and I would go to dinner or I would grill 10oz of flank steak, red onions and mushrooms and have a huge huge salad to make sure I started shitting again.
I remember Dijon mustand being my saving grace. I would eat a spoon full to get the taste of the protein shake out of my mouth. This was like 8 years ago and the flavoring wasn't always the best back then. Now its like a dessert.
Good luck on the plan, I really hope you complete the 28 days and post before and after measurements.

My last 3 Friday nights of Carb Loading have been clean and dull.
I felt like I needed something to shock the system
Be proud of me.....

half way decent weekend- save for the 7 packages of fruit snacks I put away. That kinda killed friday night, but whatever. Was back on track first thing saturday morning and through the rest of the weekend.
Gym yesterday to make sure I got in all 3 workouts for last week...went much, much better than my wednesday squat session. Still 6 weeks out from the 4th...which means plenty of time left to kill it before being back at the beach.

I got some almond flower on the way from amazon due in on Wednesday so I can make me a half way decent keto pizza again. The last almond meal/flower I used was not good at all. Was no where near fine enough to make the dough worth a shite.

No weight gain from the cheat meal but ate more keto calories (fat) than normal yesterday. Maintenance level instead of deficit. Thinking the carbs made me hungry.
