Was thinking about hitting some rows tonight after legs, but i don't think we have a row machine at the WAC. Might start getting into boxing again. That was some of the best cardio.

OHP tough to progress on. I deload that more than any other lift when doing Greyskull.
You ever tried single arm standing dumbbell press? I mix that in sometimes. Obviously try to stand as straight up as possible.
I don't really do much other shoulder work except single arm DB incline press and plate raises.

well if i get stuck after 531 bbb i will switch to that. Gonna stick it out until march. I am going to do the 531`bbb challenge but with dumbbells for chest and shoulders and incline subbed for bench. Dunno what I am going to do for deadlifts because I am not doing 5 sets of 10 on deads, frick that.

I am still bloated so that may come down a couple of pounds over the next couple of days, but man am I glad I hit RFL hard before going.. at least now I'm back to where I was before RFL instead of at 290 or some shite.

I've been eating Core Meals this week. Meal prepping service out of north cypress in Hammond. They use fresh veggies each week from covey rise farms in tangipahoa parish

I had a cheat weekend last weekend and haven't weighed in since. Waiting till Sunday but I started back with the cardio on Monday. Still eating about 1800 calories a day and trying to stick with mostly meat protein.
