Cool, Thanks! I'll swing by there this afternoon. The girl shops there all the time, but I find it hard pay attention to anything there besides the wine.

Restaurant Dept also has some ends I want to try. I started noticing the sweetness last week and want it gone. I want bacon, not bacon candy.

It's cheap too. I think just $3 for 16oz package.

How has body reacted? I found keto to be therapeutic in fighting depression; much more natural than SSRIs. Any thoughts towards your gradual shift and if/how they have change during the course?

I come here to hang my head in shame. After a solid several months on keto, I veered off course this weekend. Drank a ton of IPAs and ate a few massive pieces of meat lasagna.

The cheat could've been worse but I feel guilty as hell.

I decided to jump off the keto wagon. Eating a more balanced diet, just being more flexible and staying around 1800cal for the time being. Nothing at all against keto though

Hopefully you gents don't disown me

I also made some taco meat tonight, but I used Tumaro's low carb wrap/tortilla (4g net carb/60 cals)

I've never tested to see if I'm in Keto - I think I hover in and around it. I try to keep it under 80 carbs a day - all leafy green veggies.

Well, it's not the easiest diet to follow.

I believe all the studies and whatnot behind it. And I may still do it the closer I get to 200 lbs. but for now I just want something more flexible

I don't have mood swings. That's for women lol!

La Tiara is the brand. Rouses is the only place I've seen them.

After this weekend of running a half marathon I'll see how I feel when pushing up my weekend mileage on keto. I may have to supplement with a sweet potato here and there.

How will I survive!

It is completely easy to follow, so just stop there, some want variety - and it is up to them what they want.

Was all good until about 9:30 I was studying....and pop...the jar of peanut butter was opened. Ate way too much of it.

Today:
Bulletproof coffee for lunch
Then ground meat wrapped in lettuce for dinner

Peanut butter used to be a major trigger food for me. Exactly like you described. Thankfully, I don't really have any desire to eat it straight up anymore.

I hope not

PB is what I eat by the spoonfuls as a snack with whole milk to pack on the pounds fast as shite.... someone on any kind of diet other than trying to gain weight fast as possibly probably should stay away
