777 that home gym is nice! I have a bunch of rogue and wright stuff myself. 350 lbs weight, squat rack, power blocks(95lb), kettle bells, med and slam ball, box, spin bike and concept rower. Would like a GHD machine!

Well they're fried so it goes back to what 777 said about fried foods.. Otherwise, they're a good chip replacement.

like hulk said they are fried, so moderation imo, but many here don't share my views on this in terms of general weightloss. i look at things more from getting to 10% bf range instead of just losing weight for the sake of losing weight.

My hunger strike to bring Net back has me weak. Chicken is unwavering. On the plus side, I will be so thin when I die!
I've been off work & just went back today. Avoiding carbs & doing tons of squats for the new year. So far, so good.
