i've always gotten mine from sam's. they're normally pretty meaty. 3 packs usually range from $20-$25

I’d pay for their membership annually even if this is all they sold...

It’s not a Sams brand, it’s good ol made in NO brand Cool Brew. Sams sells it just a few pennies above wholesale pricing.

are you talking about the 3 packs. or the singles you buy seasoned? because they are still on the 3 packs and i dont think those are packaged at the stores.

I’m talking about the 3 packs - specifically the baby backs. They have the membranes removed from those ribs in my Costco

I sure wish Waterloo would start doing full cases of Watermelon(like they do with Strawberry)..

Whole Foods has 12 packs, Walmart had 8 packs.

Giving this a try tonight. I'll throw it on the grill for a quick sear when it's done.

NO Brew is, to me, not as concentrated or as good tasting as Cool Brew.

I boil a box of bowtie noodles, pull all the meat off a Costco rotisserie chicken and toss the noodles and chicken with the pesto from Costco. Quick, easy weekday meal that easily lasts 2 nights.

Should have started the post as “What not to get at Costco”? I have not found anything bad.

I just do not understand the ordering or buying habits for some items.

Costco is now selling Tri-tip in the steak case if you would prefer to buy the raw instead of the pre-packaged Morton's.

Thanks. I will try that. I didn’t care that much for the saltyness of the Morton’s one I cooked last night.

It’s a yummy grill version of London Broil. It’s part of the sirloin. It’s very popular on the West coast. Very flavorful, lean and easy to reverse sear.

I take those out of the package and wash off the marinade and then soak it in water for a few hours to draw out some of the sodium. It helps a lot.

It's part of the sirloin. I think the bottom? It's one of my favorites. Very juicy and tender. Most times cooks in around 90 minutes. There was a thread here a while back with pics.
