Price of beef in your area??

Bone-in ribeyes are now $17/lb here in Florida, when they were just $7-9/lb a matter of only a few weeks ago. And this is only Choice for $17lb bone-in.

The price of meat has just gone up and your ol lady has just gone down.

Last 3 briskets I got, all prime, were under $3 a lb. It has been a bit, last one I did was easter.

I used to get Choice beef tenderloin for 11.99/lb at Costco in NOLA. I went on Wednesday and it was 18.99/lb.

$4.98 a pound for brisket at most places except for Albertsons. Corn prices doubled, fuel costs are up and finding decent help is hard. Prepare to pay more for a while unfortunately. Chicken and pork prices are up a good bit too.
