Has anybody done this? I’ve read the results, texture-wise are much better than boiling. I plan on serving a few pounds cocktail style.

I made some a few weeks ago- I had some 31-40 peeled/deveined and poached them in salt water. Boiled the water, put shrimp in and cut the fire, then let them sit until cooked. They were so delicious by themselves, and even better dressed with olive oil, Chipotle Tabasco, salt, pepper and garlic
