BWW on Bluebonnet has the worst service of any place I've ever visited. Went there twice, had 2 terrible experiences and will never go back for dine in.

Never had a problem with Pluckers, granted it's mostly at 2am and I don't know better.

I agree with this. Every single time i go to BWW, its the worst service I've ever had. I have a group of friends that like to go over there and I now will just tag along preparing to laugh at the truly horrendous service.

The service at BWW Lafayette vs. BR is like night and day. I've always gotten good service in Lafayette but never in BR. Pluckers always had good service when I went. I think they will do well on this side of town.

It's pretty much a Black college hangout, the parking lot is always full at night.

I'm really quite surprised about all the talk of poor service at Pluckers. I've been going since Steve first opened and have always had good service and can't ever remember a bad trip there. It is by no means 4 star dining, but the servers are almost always friendly and accommodating.

I was excited when BWW opened as I had been to their location at VaTech multiple times. I've eaten at multiple BWWs (Virginia, Texas) locations and the Bluebonnet location is by far the worst I have been to. The only time I can say I have had good service there was for one of the world cup games when I showed up with friends and were literally the only people at the place for the mid morning game. I think this location simply suffers from poor management.

People don't want to go to sports bars inside a mall.

it's not inside the mall.. it's on the side of bluebonnet in the mall parking lot. it is a stand alone building.

My bad. I thought it was going to be in the food court.

i'm offended you think the service is that bad. unless you've had horrible service multiple times you can't label a place that badly. people may not always give the perfect service but i seriously doubt that came out of someone's mouth.

did you tell a manager you were treated that badly? because if you would have i'm sure they would have found a way to make it better.

Yeah, I got my meal for free but I was still pissed. A friend I knew that worked there said the guy got fired the next week for being drunk at work. My friend got fired the week after that for being late too much. Maybe they just made a few bad hires. But I've been 3 other times and not had my drink refilled once, I know the cups are big, but I drink a lot of water, sorry. So yeah 4/5 times I've been there sober, bad service. (Can't really tell when I'm coming back from bars, I don't care/remember)

After reading this, maybe I'll give it another go and be appreciate of how lucky I've apparently been at BWW haha.
