Pica pepper sauce

Nine times out of the ten times I use it, I put it on cream cheese. But the other time, I use it whenever I make jerk chicken and sometimes in use it for leftover fried rice.

My go to dipping sauce for chicken tenders/nuggets.

Mix, in order of amount:
Sour cream
Mayo
Horseradish sauce
Pica pepper

Use with any red meat, especially prime rib/tenderloin.
