Down in NO for the CHS-Rummell game and happened upon this place beforehand.
Nice place.
It was "Bacon Happy Hour" - instead of pretzels or nuts, they had servings of bacon "standing" in glasses that had been glazed with brown sugar w/ red pepper flake and baked. Very tasty.
Limited menu (apps and small plates/pizzas). Our group got the eggplant fires, spicy teriyaki wings and the Texan chicken pizza (basically a BBQ pizza).
All three were very good and you could tell these were prepared and cooked on site, not prepacked microwaved shite. Pizza dough/crust was house made for certain.
Well-stocked bar, but could use a bigger bourbon selection (their "top ends" were Knob Creek and Bulliet). I guess their selections are influenced by their location relative to Tulane and Loyola.
Not overly expensive. Group of 3 all got multiple drinks, plus the food, for under $70 bucks.

No idea.
Nothing identified it as such on the exterior or interior (no rainbows, sports on the TVs, a pool table) or while we were in there relative to the crowd.

Man, how times have changed. When I lived in NOLA, that's where you'd go at like 2 am if you wanted coke, whores, or coke whores.

Well...we were there early. Nothing says that's not still the case at 2 AM.

You make a valid point.

Is that by Bruno’s and TJ’s? Pretty sure it was for a while.
