PF Changs in Metry Closing for Good?

I saw a poster in the restaurant closings thread say that the Changs in New Orleans was closing down for good. Has anyone else heard this or seen this anywhere? I am assuming they meant for good even after all of this is over.

Well, the Bravos is closing for good too. Intersting.

Saw it debunked on Reddit for whatever that is worth
I think it’s just bravo

Weird how people thought the chains are immune to financial disruption and to shop local restaurants. Both are equally important to support. You always want to support local mom and pop places but large chains also have employees too that have to put food on their table and pay bills.
Both large and small operations need customers and support.

BR's PF should be immune unless entire franchise is hurting?
BR's location does great biz, especially given it's a Chinese dining wasteland..unlike Nawlins.

Seems like it was a rumor but don't know if true or people were just confusing it with Bravo.

You have to hope if these businesses weren’t going to close already they’ll all come back.
Once this blows over I feel Like there is going to be a big demand for restaurants

There is obviously something to at least certain PF locations if not entire franchise..
Worst situation ever for many groups..
By BR measure, the Red Lobster rating makes perfect sense, and has been panned by BR in all eras and incarnations sans small runs. But, PF's rating surprised me, as BR does very well though slowing the last year. I forgot how many times it's been sold since Paul Fleming owned it.

I don’t care about chains. I support only the local mom& pop food establishments or the local family owned places.

Remember when Red Lobster opened in BR almost 30 years ago....there were lines waiting to get in.
