Pasta Garden in Baton Rouge. Who remembers it?

The salad with the noodles in it.

The farfalle pasta with the focaccia bread.



It was right off the interstate too with plenty of parking. What a great place.

It was as weird place. Basically, a local riff on Olive Garden.

It was next to Canes at S Harrells Ferry right? The concrete slab is still there.

Yes. Wanna say they opened another one where LA Lagniappe is now after Zorba’s shut that location down, circa 2003.

I think it was around in the late '80's - early 90's and the guy who owned it was Giovanni.

I remember they used to have a big-arse bowl of spaghetti (I think it was a full pound) for ten bucks. It was solid.

I ate there once about 20 years ago, because a buddy of mine was hot for a waitress there. I don't think the fool even got her phone number, much less did anything else.

Best lump crab pasta I've ever had. They would load that bitch up with beautiful jumbo lump meat.
