Parish had some nice cash flow Saturday. I'm sure that had to set some kinda record for them. Anyone know how much Atlas they sold Saturday to add in with the 700 cases of Ghost?

They definitely had a massive sales day...

Don't know how much they sold but know they sold out. Was in line when they peeled off that Atlast sticker and then the DDH Ghost sticker 5-10mins later. Had a ton of Nova left and looked like a good amount of tropics.

So they are out of DDH Ghost and Attacus?

You can always look on their website. They update what they have available.

I'm not sure how sustainable Pure Tropics is for Parish but I've let a few people try it that normally don't like IPAs and they have all wanted more than 1...
I didn't get that same reaction from Atticus Atlas....and I'm not wasting DDH Ghost on these folks
I think Pure Tropics could be a pretty good seller for Parish on a semi-regular basis. I mean it's certainly a lot different from Envie and Nova.

i definitely enjoyed Pure Tropics more than I thought i would. I wish I would have got a little more of that one after having 1

Yep, they have quite a bit left on tap
Were they allowing crowler fills? I'm assuming no......

25-30 left when they sold out. From Andrew himself. He told me he was pleased with how it went down, I told him some modest limits (5 cases?) seemed like a good idea. He said they had been monitoring trade groups all week and knew the flippers were coming. While it's less hassle for them to sell 20 cases to one dude versus 1 case to 20, it possibly leaves out some of the people that are regular supporters. Hard call

I agree it is a tough call.....it is very tempting to make the money as quick as possible....BUT how do you balance that with your local repeat business is a question I'd have to ask myself.

You have a prepay system online like Spindletap: presell a certain amount online and whatever is left is available at the brewery. They have mastered it the last 3 releases. (including the Parish collab)
Parish did it for GRD before, maybe they'll look into something similar.

I'd just check IDs. Make the people from Texass go to the very back of the line.

That begs to ask the question....why not this time?

i wonder if a lot of the limit complainers would say the same thing if it was their $$$ tied up in the product.
Andrew/Parish doesnt owe a slow metered sales approach to anyone. If I spend thousands and thousands of dollars brewing multiple "experimental" beers I want my money back quickly. no limits....
Next time get up and drive across the swamp and stand in 32 degree temps and you'll get your beer.

I don't have a problem with what they did.
I have a problem with consistency....all the releases with limits...now no limits...the releases with online payment/reservation...now no online payments/reservations.
It is a very strange thing to do in my estimation.
You're right he owes nothing to anyone.....and BTW I got my beer

maybe they are just experimenting to see what works best for them
people usually need to try a few things before they find out what works for them

lol, this is ridiculous. Should it really have to come to that for someone to snag a four pack of local beer? You don't even have to set major limits just make it a 5 case limit and anyone would be able to get some, while Parish would still sell out.
