Yes it’s Tin Top. Also Sunset Corkroom is low key off the beaten path and I’ve never had a bad meal there.

In the heart of Gulf Shores behind what used to be Win Dixie. Fantastic wine list and delicious food. No long waits. Reservations is best. Dim lights and low key with usually an acoustic musician. They do wonderful wine pairing dinners.

Tacky Jacks #2 in Ft. Morgan was solid from wait staff to food. Lot less crowded as well if you're on that side of the coast.

In Ft Morgan you have to go to the Coast at Beach Club to get sushi and Local oysters. The 2 sushi chefs are incredible. One has been on several food network shows.

Tacky Jacks

Does not belong in this discussion.

I get it that it's got the vacation vibe and all. We usually will go once a year for the kids. The food is pretty meh especially the dried out, overcooked, royal reds that I got last summer.

Tacky Jacks has a fun atmosphere, and I get that in Ft Morgan there aren’t many options, but the food is absolute trash.

Spent a lot of time in OB in the last few years. Fishers(upstairs) has always been outstanding. Cobalt is very good but a little less consistent (can also be very loud at times). Would pick one of these for special occasion/date night

Just went to BigFish on Canal Road Friday and it was excellent as usual. Every year consistency and packed!

Bigfish really is great.

Also the drive to jesses is definitely worth it. I love that place.

Otherwise you could have a great date night even at a place like the Gulf. You can’t get a better atmosphere. Take it to fishers for drinks and dessert afterwards.

Had dinner there on Thursday. The view and the Sushi was incredible. Might be an OT comment but the Raw Donkey is splendid!

Booked Sunset Corkroom for our anniversary dinner next Tuesday. Going to Fishers Upstairs on the Monday before.

Our Maui trip had to be cancelled, and everywhere besides OB was closed or asking for no visitors when I had to book something. So we are just staying 3 nights in OB. This will be my 3rd trip to OB in 5 weeks.

I’ve only been for brunch and thought it was great. Have heard good things from anybody who has been for dinner though.
