This may be one of the best cooking shows on television right now.

He shows you the professional/restaurant approach, then how a home chef should tackle a dish.

He is delivering a good product.

I dont know about his TV show but his food products are great quality for price.

His family had restaurants in Oklahoma and he lived in Mexico for a few years. His daughter Laney is pretty good too.

Skip is older and yeah he's an idiot.

Rick Bayless is the reason I got so interested in wanting to visit Mexico City. On one of his shows, he went to a restaurant called Quintonil that looked incredible.
