My specials for this weekend are:

***Buy 1 sack at $1.25/lb and get the second sack at $1.15/lb. Also, anyone that buys 2 sacks will get a 10% discount on all seafood boils (zatarain's, Louisiana fish fry, cajun land, and slap ya mama brands).***

***Buy 2 dozen live crabs and get a 10% discount on all seafood boils (same brands as above).***

We also sell frozen corn, red potatoes, onions, garlic, lemons, and mushrooms to boil with. We buy it in bulk and try to sell produce at descent prices.

It's best to call ahead of time to reserve so I can make sure I have enough on hand.

Wish like hell I wasn't 3 hours and 15 minutes away. What are your softshell prices? I've got a trip your way shortly.

Not sure how my prices compare to other seafood markets but my mediums are $4.00 each and my larges are $5.95 each.

Jason,

I just was driving down Airline heading south. I knew exactly where you are located but didn't see the place until I was practically parellel to you.

Are you planing on signage near the road?

Yep we are going to try to do something. The only problem is that the land between the ditch and airline is parish property, so we would have to do something not too permanent on that piece or put a sign near our propane tank (in between the parking lot and the ditch which is still a good ways from airline).

Is the July 2nd date still on target for the deli?

Will your deli consist solely of seafood items, are will there be some burger or chicken choices?

Yep, july 2nd is still what we are shooting for.

We are going to have more than just seafood. We plan on doing homemade chicken tenders and wings and also homemade hamburgers and roast beef sandwiches/poboys. Turkey and ham poboys/sandwiches will be deli sliced. We will also have some salads. I think we are going to do a grilled or fried chicken and shrimp salad and also a grilled tuna salad. You can see a sample menu on our website below although the menu might change slightly in the next few days as we experiment in the kitchen.
