You've been gung ho about all these lockdowns. That includes closing or severely limiting restaurants. No need to crawfish at this point.
Yep, he has been a big lockdown cheerleader. I chuckled when I opened his OP. NY has done it to themselves, and NO is getting there fast. And it is all because of fools like him.

Friend,
With my library of posts you would think it would be simple to find one post where I advocate shutting down the economy or restaurants. Instead you join the simpleminded in lockstep holding that pro mask, pro vaccine is somehow anti economy. In reality, it is the nitwit anti-mask crowd who is hurting the economy. This crowd pushes against easy methods to slow and decrease the virus transmission, thus, giving reason for shut downs. For those who would say look at areas that have mandate for masks yet experience outbreak, have you been to these places? San Francisco, for instance, while better than many places in the south, still has large portions of their city who congregate without masks.
As for bars, they should never have been reopened in the 1930s. Bars and alcohol are a drain on the economy and the blight on the American soul. I have long championed for their permanent closure.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

I seriously can't comprehend walking through life this afraid. Being this frightened is in direct opposition to how the bible calls us to live our lives. I feel sorry for you I truly do. Read Joshua 1:9

I am still waiting for the rocket cars our 1950s Weekly Readers and Popular Science Magazines both promised we would have by now. They sucked me right into that belief when I was a child. When Oldsmobile built the "Rocket 88" I was certain the rest was just around the corner. What a chump I was.

It's perfectly ok for him to sit in a sealed tube with 90 other people breathing the same air for 3 or 4 hours because he's got a magical mask on, but you shouldn't be allowed to eat at a restaurant where you're 10 feet from the nearest table because you're a filthy, unwashed peasant that will inevitably spread your pestilence

Friend,
Your accusations are scattered and inconsistent. Are you attacking because I am anti-lockdown, an accusation that you have had ample opportunity to prove, but thus far have been unable to prove, with hundreds of thousands of my words? Are you saying I am anti-restaurant? Clearly that is not the case — I have likely spent more money in restaurants this year than the majority of users of TD. Are you saying my masked travels are more dangerous than going maskless in restaurants? Considering the virus is fundamentally passed by droplet and aerosol, and N95 and N100 masks are excellent protection for such viruses, why are you upset that I do not feel comfortable eating inside restaurants, even while I support them financially?
I suppose if I were an anti-mask, anti-vaccine loon who suggested the pandemic is a lie, even in the same breath suggesting that it is a lab produced Chinese plot, I would receive your acceptance and respect.
As for the safety of air travel, again I refer you to a recent article published in JAMA showed air travel was safer than being in an office building, school, or grocery store.

TulaneLSU
