Is Ruby's Roadhouse still open. That place really does rock when a good blues band is playing. You can actually feel the building give a bit if a lot of folks are up and dancing.

Don’z, Ruby’s Roadhouse, and Redbarn are all in Old Mandeville.

T-Rivers and Riverside are in Madisonville.

I think they have been shoring it up lately. So it should be a little more solid when things open up again.

Oh hell, part of the fun was wondering just what night things were going to start falling down.

Columbia St. Tap Room is fun. Greenroom AKA Wharton's is also a good time. Both in Covington.

I went there with a girl in the mid 90's and saw The JJ Muggler band. It seemed old and hell even back then, but I enjoyed it.

Only place open now that I know of that's got a bar vibe is Colombia St. Tap Room (Covington). They're functioning as a restaurant though.

Abita Brew Pub is also open now, usually with bar seating available.

Otherwise:
Donz, Red Barn, Interference, Ruby's Roadhouse in Mandeville

Ruby's Roadhouse

it's under construction.

they daytime locals have been hanging outside drinking under a shanty overhang in the back. folding chairs all huddled around some wooden wire spools. it's a sad site to see at 11:00 am on a tuesday

Rubys is under construction, but they are trying to make it where the floor still bounces.
