Years ago when she was on the council she said she wanted to "change New Orleans culture"
She ran banning go cups by her advisors and they told her that would be the end of her.
She then rammed the smoking ban through.
Now she gets to ban go cups due to Covid.

She's a lame duck and she knows it so she has carte blanche for the next 15 months.

Think she was for the smoking ban, but against go cup ban.

Wrong. She was for the smoking ban and against the go cup one. And, the smoking ban is a damn goood thing. You guys just make shite up to support your damn racist views.

Really? I like not having smoke in bars, but it is extreme overreach.

We dined in at Palm and Pine last weekend. It was empty. This situation sucks but seems even the restaurants that are open, aren’t being supported. Let’s fill the restaurants that are open and then maybe more will open up.

Lots of other restaurants are full when you head to parts of the city that aren't so dependent on tourism. Trying to open in the FQ right now has to be one of the toughest areas to do so.

Stupidity is not congruent with race. Mrs. Pelosi and Mayor Diblasio are equally stupid.

Nola's population is just shy of 400 k. Now think how many of that number remain unemployed bc of the shutdowns.

There's no way, our population can support the restaurants. Tourists aren't coming here because Nola is closed.
